John Mitchell Potter II dead and obituary, Shelby Stocker

 LEXINGTON – John Mitchell Potter II, 32, passed away on July 20, 2022. Mitchell was born on July 24, 1989, in Pikeville, Kentucky, to John Mitchell (Harry) Potter and Rhonda Bartley Potter. In addition to his parents, his grandmother, Joan Porter of Pikeville, Lexington’s sister Maddie (Sam) Duff, stepbrother Hudson Rogers and niece Nora Duff all survived.

A funeral with Pastor Jon Weece will be held at Southland Christian Church Harrodsburg Road, Building A Chapel on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 5:00pm. The viewing will take place before the funeral at 3pm on Sunday.

He will be buried in Pikeville, Kentucky, on Monday, July 25, 2022. The pallbearers are Sam Duff, Evan Kear, Hudson Rogers, Blake Branham, Jason Hunter, Daniel Potter, Dillon Potter, Jax Thompson and Drake Potter.

A donation to Mission Teens Inc. is recommended in lieu of flowers.
